How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been shipped, our delivery times are 5 days. If you have not received your order within this period, please send us an e-mail to contact@axovita.com.
Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver our products worldwide and the delivery is free.
Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered through your local postal service.
What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.
I got the wrong address, what should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't been sent yet, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.
Is your site secure?
The site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you of this). Most sites only secure their “shopping cart” and everything related to order payment. On this site, all pages are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the benchmarks in terms of security of Internet transactions.
What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
